We pride ourselves in Customer Service and our reviews back it up! In order for us to offer exceptional stays with quality furnishings and amenities, we require a Renter's Agreement, Security Deposit Credit Card Hold and good contact information for the Booking Guest. We don't share any of our guest's info with anyone unless it's needed. (i.e. an emergency)

Cancellation Policy (Refunds)

Guest receives 100% if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before arrival; No refunds within 7 days of arrival.

About Our Security Deposit Credit Card Hold

Our Security Deposit is placed in the form of a credit card Hold. When a Hold is placed it "reserves" or holds the deposit amount but doesn't charge anything. Some credit card companies will clearly state it's a Hold while others may show Pending. Either way, once the Hold is released it will disappear from your statement. If you want to keep track of it being released, you should take a screenshot while it is in effect so you can see that it disappeared when it was released. The Deposit Hold will be placed two (2) days before your Arrival date and will be released within four (4) days of your Departure Date. You will receive a message when the Hold is placed and again when it's released.

If there is anything damaged during your stay, call us right away and we'll work it out. So far, we haven't had to charge against a Security Deposit Hold even once.
